We dispatch all orders on a next working day basis unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. You will receive email and text updates with your delivery time slot.
If your delivery does not arrive as expected, please use the provided tracking number to check its status. If the issue persists, contact us within 5 working days so we can investigate and assist you promptly.
You can easily update your shipping address at any time by following these steps:
✅ Before placing an order:
Log in to your account by clicking “My Account” at the top of the page.
Go to “Addresses”.
Click “Edit” next to your Shipping Address.
Enter your new details and click “Save Address”.
✅ After placing an order:
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible using our contact form or email. We’ll do our best to update the shipping address before the order is shipped.
🚚 Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message containing your Royal Mail tracking number.
To track the status of your order:
Visit the Royal Mail tracking page:

Enter your tracking number provided in your dispatch email or text.
Click “Track Your Delivery” to view the current status.
You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your account:
Go to “My Account” on our website.
Click on “Orders” to see your recent orders and their current status.
If you haven’t received a tracking number or need further assistance, please contact us within 5 working days of your expected delivery date.

In most cases, yes — we aim to pack and ship all items in your order together in one package.
However, in some situations, items may be shipped separately. This can happen if:
Items are stored in different locations
One of the items is on backorder or delayed
The combined size or weight exceeds standard parcel limits
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
