Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Some items (e.g. perishable goods, customised products, or opened software) may be non-returnable unless faulty.
🔁 How to Request a Return
Log into your account and go to My Account > Orders.
Select the order and click Request Return, or contact us directly using our contact form.
We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
