Orders and Shipping

We dispatch all orders on a next working day basis unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. You will receive email and text updates with your delivery time slot.

If your delivery does not arrive as expected, please use the provided tracking number to check its status. If the issue persists, contact us within 5 working days so we can investigate and assist you promptly.

In the mainland UK, most deliveries are 3 -5 day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. We use Royal Mail as our delivery partner, will send you a text or email with tracking details for your delivery and an expected time of delivery.

Royal Mail will attempt to leave it with a neighbour in your absence, failing this they will leave a card and re-attempt the next working day. Failing this you can collect from your nearest Royal Mail sorting office

Creating an account on our web store is quick and easy:

  1. Click on “My Account” at the top of the page.

  2. Select the “Register” tab.

  3. Enter your email address and, if prompted, a username.

  4. Create a password (if required).

  5. Click “Register” to complete the process.

If email confirmation is enabled, you’ll receive a verification email shortly after registering.

You can easily update your shipping address at any time by following these steps:

Before placing an order:

  1. Log in to your account by clicking “My Account” at the top of the page.

  2. Go to “Addresses”.

  3. Click “Edit” next to your Shipping Address.

  4. Enter your new details and click “Save Address”.


After placing an order:

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible using our contact form or email. We’ll do our best to update the shipping address before the order is shipped.

🚚 Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message containing your Royal Mail tracking number.

To track the status of your order:

  1. Visit the Royal Mail tracking page:

  3. Click “Track Your Delivery” to view the current status.

  • One of the items is on backorder or delayed

  • The combined size or weight exceeds standard parcel limits

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Some items (e.g. perishable goods, customised products, or opened software) may be non-returnable unless faulty.

  • After your order has been dispatched:
    Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may need to contact the courier directly with your tracking number to arrange redelivery or address correction.

  • After your order has been dispatched:
    Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. You may need to wait for the delivery and follow our Returns Policy if you wish to return the item.
